Rear Wheel & Hub Motor for the Razor E Prime Air Scooter

Description:

The rear wheel and hub motor for the Razor E Prime Air scooter combines both functions into a single piece. The electric motor spins the solid flat-free tire that is molded as an integral part of the hub; it can't go flat and requires no inner tube. The fender brake is not included.

The hub motor is an old idea that is enjoying a new renaissance of popularity. Without a separate rim or other superfluous parts, the hub motor/drive wheel unit allows a lightweight power in a small package.
