PZ22 Carburetor with 22 mm Intake, Left Hand Choke, & Fuel Valve for the Predator 212cc GHOST Racing Engine

Description:

The PZ22 is a very common style of powersports carb and our PZ22 carburetor with a 22 mm engine-side intake is the preferred size for machines in the 110 cc to 125cc displacement range. This PZ22 carburetor for the Predator 212cc GHOST racing engine uses a left-side hand choke attachment, and it also has a fuel cut-off petcock valve.

A carb is like a powersports engine's lungs, and quality parts like these ensure a better ride. Because a carburetor works best when the air that flows into it is clean, we offer this fine PZ22 carb with or without a matching filter to keep the dust and crud out. Whether you only need the carb or if you prefer the carb & filter combo, we are sure that our easily-installed PZ22 carburetor will enhance your engine's performance.

The PZ22 carburetor can be found on a veritable plethora of 110cc and 125cc ATVs, dirt bikes, dune buggies, go-karts, pit bikes, and other off-road powersports machines. Just a few of the many brands that are compatible with the PZ22 include Coolster, Honda, Kawasaki, SunL, TaoTao, Yamaha, and many more. All in all, our PZ22 carb with a 22 mm intake for 110cc and 125cc engines is an essential but surprisingly affordable replacement. Your engine will thank you.

Do I need a PZ19 carburetor or a PZ22 carburetor?
If you are bewildered by the carburetor choices you are not alone. The PZ19 and PZ22 carbs are very similar; both carburetors sharing the same external physical dimensions, including a 48 mm mounting hole spacing. The only real difference is in the diameter of the engine-side intake; the PZ19 uses a 19 mm opening while the PZ22's engine-side measures a nominal 22 mm. Both carburetors can be used on engines from 50cc up to 125cc.

So which is right for your machine? In general, the PZ19 is more common on 50cc, 70cc, and 90cc engines as these require a bit less power that their larger cousins. The PZ22 is a better choice if your engine is in the 110cc to 125cc class simply because it takes a larger dose of the gas/air mix to run the larger engine at peak performance. Although the PZ22 provides a bit more power, it comes at the cost of greater fuel consumption.
